moCal app adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, ensuring that the protection and privacy of all data is in compliance with the Limited Use requirements. For full transparency and understanding of how moCal safeguards data in line with these standards, please review the policy here: Google API Services User Data Policy
The Fair Use Policy of moCal builds on existing use restrictions and ensures that all customers can use the services equitably. Certain moCal features, such as notifications, may be aggregated and sent from fewer email or phone addresses or numbers. This indicates that multiple consumers are concurrently utilizing these features. If a single user places disproportionately high demands on the services, it may negatively impact the experience of other moCal users. The vast majority of our customers make considerate use of the service, and their consumption levels have no negative impact on service capacity. However, even the actions of a small number of customers who improperly utilize the service have the potential to have a substantial impact on the service for other customers.
The use of certain customer features, such as SMS notification, is perpetually monitored. Moris Media reserves the right, in order to defend its platform and other customers' usage, to restrict usage, suspend access, or charge fees for excessive usage when a customer generates an exceptionally high burden over a brief period of time. This policy will only affect consumers who consistently generate an exceptionally high burden over an extended period of time.
moCal occasionally offers certain Services as closed or open beta versions ("Beta Service" or “Beta Services”) for testing and evaluative purposes. By engaging with these Beta Services, you acknowledge that moCal holds the exclusive right to determine the testing period. The success of these Beta Services and their potential transition to commercial services is at our sole discretion. Your participation in Beta Services does not obligate you to purchase a subscription for any future paid Services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Beta Services, either in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice. moCal is not liable for any impact this may have on you or third parties.
If you sign up for a free trial of one or more of moCal's Services, we will provide these Services to you at no cost for the trial period, which ends on the earlier of (i) the conclusion of the free trial period for the selected Services (unless you choose to end it sooner), (ii) the commencement of any paid subscription for these Services, or (iii) termination by moCal at our discretion. Be aware that any data entered or customizations made during the free trial will be lost unless you (i) purchase a corresponding paid subscription, (ii) upgrade to a relevant paid Service, or (iii) export your data before the trial ends. Please note that during the free trial, the Services are provided "as-is" without any form of warranty, support, or liability, as permitted by law.

MORIS MEDIA MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND THAT THE MORIS MEDIA IP, OR SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR RESULTS OF THE USE THEREOF, WILL MEET CUSTOMER'S OR ANY OTHER PERSON'S REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, ACHIEVE ANY INTENDED RESULT, BE COMPATIBLE OR WORK WITH ANY SOFTWARE, SYSTEM, OR OTHER SERVICES, OR BE SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, FREE OF HARMFUL CODE, OR ERROR FREE. MORIS MEDIA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS.
THIS MEANS THAT WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES AS TO THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED OR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICES. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR OUR SUBSIDIARIES/OTHER AFFILIATED COMPANIES THROUGH THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY. WE DENY ALL EQUAL REIMBURSEMENTS.
MORIS MEDIA IS NOT LIABLE TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR YOUR DISPLAYING, COPYING, OR DOWNLOADING OF ANY DOCUMENTATION TO OR FROM THE WEBSITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MORIS MEDIA BE LIABLE PURSUANT TO OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, AND OTHERWISE, FOR ANY: (a) CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, SPECIAL, ENHANCED, OR
IN NO EVENT WILL MORIS MEDIA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY OR MORIS MEDIA'S INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, INCLUDING BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, AND OTHERWISE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO MORIS MEDIA IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (II) INR 7,500.00.
THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MORIS MEDIA AND SHALL APPLY TO ALL CLAIMS OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF MORIS MEDIA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND EVEN IF THESE REMEDIES FAIL IN THEIR ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
We control and operate the Services from our headquarters in India, and it may not be possible or appropriate to use the Services in their entirety in other locations. If you use the Services outside India, it is your sole responsibility to comply with local laws.
Moris Media and you must comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations in India. Without limiting the foregoing: (a) you acknowledge that the Services may be subject to the India’s Export Administration Regulations; (b) you affirm that you do not, and will not: (i) permit moCal Users or Invitees to access or use the Services in a India embargoed country; (ii) or permit moCal Users or Invitees on the India’s Denied Persons, Entity, or Unverified Lists; or (iii) permit moCal Users or Invitees on India’s Specially Designated Nationals and Consolidated Sanctions list; and (c) you are responsible for complying with any local laws and regulations that may affect your right to import, export, access, or use the Services.
This clause facilitates the expeditious and efficient resolution of any dispute between us and you. Thus, "dispute" has the broadest meaning permitted by law and encompasses any claims against other parties relating to services or products provided or billed to you (such as our licensors, suppliers, dealers, or third-party vendors) whenever you also assert claims against us in the same proceeding.
This provision stipulates that all disputes between you and us will be resolved through binding arbitration, as your acceptance of these Terms constitutes a waiver of your right to litigate claims and to be heard by a judge or jury. We prefer arbitration because we believe it is less dramatic than litigation. To clarify, in arbitration there is no judge or jury, and court review of an arbitration award is limited. The arbitrator must adhere to the terms of this Agreement and has the same ability to award damages and relief as a court (including attorney's fees). YOU AND MORIS MEDIA AGREE THAT ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, AS DEFINED ABOVE, BASED ON ACTS OR OMISSIONS IN THE PAST OR FUTURE, WILL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY AND FINALLY BY BINDING ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT PURSUANT TO THIS PROVISION.
You must first give us a chance to remedy or resolve any dispute by emailing us the following information at support@mocal.ai (1) your name, (2) your address, (3) a written description of your claim, and (4) a detailed description of the relief sought. If we are unable to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notification, you may pursue arbitration.
If this clause applies and the dispute is not resolved as described above (Pre-Arbitration Claim Resolution), either you or we may initiate arbitration proceedings. Pre-identified arbitrators will arbitrate all disputes, and a single arbitrator will preside over the proceedings. The arbitration will be initiated as an individual arbitration, and not as a class arbitration under any circumstances. Whenever it conflicts with the applicable arbitration rules, this provision governs. The arbitration will not be subject to class action procedures or rules under any circumstances. Due to the interstate nature of the Services and these Terms, laws laid down under the Indian Constitution governs the arbitrability of all disputes. Nevertheless, the arbitrator will apply the applicable substantive law in accordance with the FAA and the applicable statute of limitations or condition precedent to suit. You or we may initiate arbitration in the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a class or representative proceeding or claims (such as a class action, consolidated action, or private attorney general action) unless both you and Moris Media agree to do so following the commencement of the arbitration.
You acknowledge and agree that by accepting this provision of these Terms, you and we are each waiving the right to a trial by jury or in a public court. If any clause within this provision (other than the Class Action Waiver clause above) is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, that clause will be severed from this provision, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply. If the Class Action Waiver clause is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the entirety of this provision will be void and the dispute will be resolved by a court. This provision will survive the termination of your account with us or our affiliates, as well as the cessation of your use of this website. We agree that, despite any contrary provision in this Agreement, if we make any change to this provision (other than a change to the Notice Address), you may reject any such change and require us to adhere to the language in this provision in the event of a dispute between us.
We believe direct communication resolves the majority of issues; if we believe you are violating these Terms, we will likely inform you. If practicable, we might also recommend the necessary corrective action(s). Nevertheless, certain violations of these Terms, as determined by us, may necessitate the immediate termination of your access to this Website without prior notice.
Designated courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India set as per provisions of the Indian Constitution govern these Terms to the utmost extent permitted by applicable law, without regard to preference or conflicts of law provisions. Except for disputes subject to arbitration as described above, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or this Website shall be resolved by the courts of Kolkata, India. Except as otherwise provided in the dispute resolution provision, if any of these Terms are found to be inconsistent with applicable law, then such term(s) will be interpreted to reflect the parties' intentions, and no other terms will be modified. By choosing not to enforce any of these terms, we do not waive our legal rights. These Terms, along with our Privacy Notice, End User License Agreement, FERPA COPPA Privacy Policy, and the Data Processing Addendum (as applicable), Information Technology Act 2000, India constitute the entire agreement between you and us and, as such, supersede any prior or contemporaneous negotiations, discussions, or agreements between Moris Media and you pertaining to the Services. This Agreement incorporates by reference any and all definitions found in the Privacy Policy, End User License Agreement, FERPA COPPA Privacy Policy, Information Technology Act 2000, India and Data Processing Addendum. The rights granted to Moris Media by our Terms shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Any additional terms, conditions, consent, renunciation, alteration, or modification must be in writing and signed by both parties to be valid. Moris Media's acceptance of any order is expressly conditioned on compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Any proposed additional or inconsistent terms or conditions, including those in or accompanying any Customer proposal, any Customer purchase order, or other agreement or any other Customer document issued in connection with the sale or delivery of Products or Services, are regarded by Moris Media as a material change and are objected to and rejected. The acceptance of orders by Moris Media does not imply consent of the terms and conditions contained therein.
In no event shall Moris Media be liable to Customer, or deemed to have breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Agreement, if and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond Moris Media's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, riot or other civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, contractor difficulties, labour stoppages, or governmental restrictions.
Unless Customer has notified Moris Media to the contrary in writing (including via email to support@mocal.ai, legal@mocal.ai, or marketing@mocal.ai, Moris Media may disclose your company as a moCal customer (if you use moCal for business purposes and/or use a business email address as your moCal User email address) and may use your company's name and logo on the Website and in Moris Media's promotional content. Moris Media will be granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license ("Trademark License") to use, display, and reproduce such party's name, logo, trademarks, and service marks ("Trademarks"). Both parties acknowledge that the Trademark of the other party is and will remain the sole property of that party.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by posting updated terms on our website and/or by sending an email to the address you provided. These Terms are current as of the aforementioned Effective Date. If there are any modifications to these Terms, we will post them on this page, so kindly check back periodically. Therefore, it is essential that you periodically examine our Terms to ensure that you are still in agreement with them. “Personal Data” is any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person that is processed by Moris Media as described in this Privacy Notice when such information is protected as “personal data” or “personal information” or a similar term under applicable data protection laws.
This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Data Moris Media collects when you visit or use our Website as described in the “Information We Collect” section of this Privacy Notice below. Moris Media is the controller of that Personal Data. This Privacy Notice does not apply to Personal Data within Customer Data (as that term is defined in your agreement with Moris Media), such as information a User collects about an Invitee when an Invitee books a meeting or interview using our services. We process Personal Data within Customer Data on our customers’ behalf as a processor or service provider. If you are an Invitee and have questions about how your data is processed by our customers or wish to exercise your rights with respect to that data, you must reach out to the User who collected your information. If you contact us about Personal Data within Customer Data and are able to identify the company or User with whom you have interacted, we will promptly notify the relevant customer who collected your data of your inquiry.
We collect information about you directly from you and automatically through your use of our Website. To help you protect yourself and your information, we encourage you to provide and collect only that information that is necessary for using our Website. For example, to schedule a meeting, the only information that is necessary is names, email addresses, date, and time. Please note that if you choose not to share certain Personal Data with us, or refuse certain contact permissions, we might not be able to provide certain parts of the Services.
moCal is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal Data from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with Personal Data, we will promptly delete such Personal Data from our systems. For educational service providers and schools, please see our FERPA and COPPA Privacy Policy and Notice.
Moris Media collects the following information, either directly from Users, Invitees, or Viewers, or through third parties regarding Users, Invitees, or Viewers.
A User may voluntarily give us certain information when scheduling and setting up appointments. This can include name, email address, phone number; email addresses of other people and/or Invitees; the subject of the meeting; and any other information a User provides or collects upon scheduling, pursuant to the moCal Terms of Use or an executed agreement with Moris Media. moCal processes the information an Invitee provides to a User when scheduling with the User on the User’s behalf as a processor or service provider.
A User may connect their calendar with moCal. Our calendar integration only checks the duration and free/busy status of the events in your calendar so that we don’t book you when you’re busy. We never store details about the appointments in your connected calendar, such as who you are meeting with, their email address, or the meeting title. Although connecting your calendar to our services makes the scheduling process much more efficient, you are not required to connect your calendar to use our services. More information about access the moCal app and extensions have to your connected calendar is available here. moCal processes the calendar information on the User’s behalf as a processor or service provider. (For Prelude Service Users Only), the Prelude service works a bit differently. Moris Media will have access to the duration, free/busy status of the events in your calendar, attendees, start time, and the title of these events. We need this information in order to understand which events are movable on a User’s calendar so interviews may be scheduled more seamlessly.)
If you choose to connect your account to your account with a third-party service, we may receive or be granted access to information from such third-party service, including Personal Information. For example, if you use the Prelude service and enable applicant tracking systems integrations for the recruiting use case within Prelude, your ATS may send to Prelude certain Personal Information as determined by you. You can stop sharing your information from a third-party service with us by removing our access to that service. moCal processes that information on the User’s behalf as a processor or service provider.
Users provide Moris Media with certain information, including name, email address, username, and password, when you set up your account. If you purchase a premium version of moCal, our third party payment processors will collect and store your billing address and credit card information. We store the last four digits of your credit card number, card type, and the expiration date. (the payment and billing information will be processed as established in the services agreement between Moris Media and your organization.)
Users, Invitees, or Viewers interested in moCal’s services may contact us through forms made available on the Website and voluntarily give information such as name, work email, phone number, company, and role. Users, Invitees, or Viewers interested in our newsletter may also submit their name and email addresses to join our mailing list. We also receive other similar information provided by you if you participate in an event hosted by Moris Media or its partners (such as webinars) and in your interactions with our social media accounts.

Our platform is engineered to access only essential data from customers' calendars, ensuring a secure and efficient scheduling experience. At moCal, we are continuously committed to privacy, minimizing access to customer data and implementing best security practices.
moCal is dedicated to providing a secure, private, and compliant scheduling platform, consistently updating our practices to meet and exceed industry standards.
moCal, as a leading provider of scheduling solutions, is deeply committed to ensuring the security and compliance of its services, especially in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India and GDPR. This commitment not only builds trust with users but also aligns with legal standards, safeguarding both user data and operational integrity.
moCal’s approach to data protection and privacy is robust and comprehensive, designed to align with the stringent requirements of the Information Technology Act, 2000. The Act emphasizes the protection of sensitive personal information, and moCal has instituted several measures to uphold these standards. These include encryption of data both in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and implementation of secure access controls. moCal's privacy policies ensure that user data is handled with utmost confidentiality and integrity, consistent with legal mandates.
Understanding the evolving nature of cyber threats, moCal has implemented an array of cybersecurity measures. These include firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular vulnerability assessments, ensuring that the platform remains resilient against unauthorized access and cyber-attacks. moCal’s security protocols are regularly updated to respond to new challenges, ensuring compliance with the IT Act’s provisions regarding cybersecurity.
Compliance with the IT Act extends to how moCal obtains user consent for data processing. Users are provided with clear information regarding the nature of data collected and its intended use, ensuring informed consent. moCal also respects data sovereignty principles, ensuring that data storage and processing comply with national regulations on data localization, a key aspect of the IT Act.
To maintain alignment with the IT Act, moCal undergoes regular compliance audits. These audits are conducted by independent auditors who assess moCal’s adherence to the legal requirements, ensuring that compliance is not just a one-time effort but an ongoing process. The findings from these audits are used to continually refine and improve moCal’s security and compliance strategies.
In line with the IT Act’s guidelines, moCal has established a robust incident response mechanism. This ensures swift action in the event of a data breach or security incident, minimizing potential harm. In compliance with the Act’s reporting requirements, moCal maintains transparency with users and regulatory bodies about any incidents, reinforcing its commitment to accountability and trust.
moCal recognizes that security and compliance are as much about people as they are about technology. Regular training programs are conducted for employees to ensure they are aware of their roles and responsibilities in upholding the IT Act’s standards. This training includes awareness of data protection laws, cybersecurity best practices, and the importance of maintaining user privacy.
To further bolster security, moCal employs end-to-end encryption for all communications within its platform. This measure ensures that any data transmitted by users is secure from interception or eavesdropping, aligning with the IT Act’s provisions for secure digital communication.

Derogatory, offensive, or discriminatory language is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

We ask members to avoid confrontational or aggressive behavior that could lead to conflicts or unproductive arguments.

At moCal, we encourage active content sharing and posting, as it drives the exchange of ideas, solutions, and experiences within our community. To ensure these contributions are valuable and appropriate, we have established the following guidelines:
Content shared should be relevant to moCal and its community. It should contribute to the conversation, providing accurate, useful information or seeking genuine assistance. Misleading or false information undermines the trust and integrity of our community and is not permitted.
Honour intellectual property rights at all times. Share content you have the right to distribute and give proper credit for others’ work you may reference. Plagiarism, copyright infringement, or sharing pirated materials are strictly against our policy.
Avoid posting content that could be deemed offensive, inflammatory, or not safe for work. This includes avoiding explicit language, graphic imagery, or any material that could be considered discriminatory or harmful.
Ensure your posts are clear and easy to understand, avoiding excessive jargon or technical terms that may not be widely recognized. Be respectful and professional in your tone, even in disagreements or debates.
Refrain from sharing unsolicited promotional material, advertisements, spam, or irrelevant links. While sharing personal experiences and recommendations is valuable, overt self-promotion detracts from the purpose of our community.
Adhering to these guidelines ensures that the content shared within the moCal community is constructive, respectful, and beneficial to all members. By fostering responsible content sharing, we can maintain a rich, informative, and engaging community environment.
In the moCal community, vibrant and meaningful interactions form the foundation of our shared learning and growth. To cultivate a space where every member feels encouraged to engage and interact, we emphasize the importance of constructive and respectful communication.
We urge members to engage in discussions that are positive and productive. When replying to others, consider the value your response adds to the conversation. Offer solutions, share experiences, or provide constructive feedback. We believe every interaction is an opportunity to support and uplift one another.
When disagreeing with an opinion, do so respectfully. Focus on providing constructive criticism and alternative perspectives without disparaging the individual. Remember, a respectful tone and polite discourse are essential, even in disagreement.
In any community, disagreements are natural, but how we handle them makes all the difference. If a discussion becomes contentious, we encourage members to de-escalate the situation by steering the conversation back to a constructive path or, if necessary, seeking moderation from the community team.
Our community is strengthened by its diversity. We encourage members to listen to and appreciate different viewpoints. Understanding that each member brings unique experiences and knowledge leads to richer, more informative discussions.
Online communication lacks the nuances of face-to-face interaction. Be mindful of how your words may be perceived. Clear and thoughtful communication reduces misunderstandings and fosters a more harmonious environment.

At moCal, we recognize that our brand is more than just a name or a logo - it embodies our mission, values, and the quality of service we provide to our users. Our Brand Policy is crafted with the intent to maintain and enhance this identity, ensuring that it consistently reflects the excellence and innovation that moCal stands for.
Our brand is a reflection of our commitment to providing exceptional scheduling solutions, characterized by ease of use, reliability, and forward-thinking technology. It represents our dedication to improving time management and efficiency for individuals and businesses alike. The moCal brand is not just a representation of our products and services but also an embodiment of our customer-first philosophy and our pursuit of excellence in every aspect of our operation.
This policy applies to all representations of the moCal brand, including but not limited to digital and print media, communications, marketing materials, and any other form of brand expression used internally and externally. It is essential for all employees, partners, and affiliates to understand and adhere to these guidelines to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the moCal brand.
At moCal, we are committed to upholding the principles outlined in our Brand Policy, fostering a brand that resonates with excellence, trust, and innovation. As we evolve and grow, our Brand Policy will adapt, always keeping in step with our core values and the expectations of our users.
In all communications, marketing, and branding materials, the name of our platform should be correctly referred to as "moCal." It is crucial to maintain this specific capitalization, with a lowercase 'm' and an uppercase 'C', to reflect our brand accurately and consistently. This format not only upholds our brand identity but also ensures recognition and professionalism across various platforms and mediums.
It's important to avoid any abbreviations, acronyms, or alternative stylizations that deviate from this standard unless they are officially provided and sanctioned by Moris Media. Such consistency in the usage of our brand name plays a vital role in maintaining the integrity and recognizability of the moCal brand in a crowded digital landscape. Ensuring uniformity in how our name is presented helps strengthen our brand presence and aids in building a strong, cohesive image that users, partners, and the public can easily identify and trust.
The moCal logo stands as a central element of our brand's visual identity, symbolizing our commitment to simplicity, efficiency, and innovation in scheduling solutions. It is imperative that the logo remains unaltered in any form. This includes maintaining its original colour scheme, proportions, and design elements without any modifications. The integrity of the logo must be preserved to ensure it remains a distinct and recognizable symbol of our brand.
When using the logo, it's important to avoid overlaying or merging it with other symbols, graphics, or text. Such practices could obscure the logo and dilute its impact. Additionally, sufficient space should be maintained around the logo, ensuring it's clearly visible and stands out in any application, whether it's digital media, print, or merchandise. This clear space acts as a visual buffer, enhancing the logo's prominence and safeguarding its position as a key representative of the moCal brand identity.
The moCal brand colour palette plays an integral role in shaping our visual identity. It's a carefully selected spectrum of colours that reflects our brand's ethos and personality. For all forms of communication, be it digital or print, it's essential to adhere strictly to this approved palette. This consistency in colour usage helps in creating a strong, memorable brand presence, ensuring that all materials associated with moCal are instantly recognizable and resonate with our brand values.
Typography is a key element in reinforcing the moCal brand identity. We have carefully chosen specific fonts that embody our professional and cohesive aesthetic. These fonts are to be used consistently across all communication channels to maintain visual harmony and brand recognition. The use of unauthorized fonts in any brand-related materials is strictly prohibited, as it can disrupt the visual consistency and the professional appearance we strive to maintain across all our brand touchpoints.
At moCal, our brand voice is human, helpful, and confident, mirroring our approach to service and communication. We prioritize simplicity and clarity in our messaging, ensuring that every piece of written or verbal communication is straightforward and easy to understand. This approach is fundamental in making our brand more relatable and trustworthy. Whether it's customer support, marketing materials, or internal communication, our voice consistently reflects these core principles, resonating with our commitment to exceptional service and user-friendly solutions.
The imagery used in conjunction with the moCal brand plays a pivotal role in communicating our values and aesthetic. It is crucial that all images associated with moCal are of high quality, relevant, and reflect the professionalism of our brand. They should visually convey the essence of moCal and resonate with our audience. Usage of unprofessional or off-brand imagery detracts from our brand identity and is not permitted under any circumstances, as it can undermine the overall perception of the moCal brand.
moCal is a registered trademark of Moris Media, a designation that signifies our brand's uniqueness and credibility. It is essential that the moCal trademark is correctly identified and acknowledged in all instances of its use. Unauthorized use of the moCal trademark, without explicit permission from Moris Media, is strictly prohibited and subject to legal ramifications. This policy ensures that the trademark's integrity and value are preserved, maintaining the brand's distinct identity and reputation.
All co-branding or partnership activities involving moCal must align with our brand policy and require prior written consent from an authorized representative of Moris Media. It is important that these collaborations harmoniously blend the branding elements of both parties, ensuring that neither overshadows the other. This balance is crucial in maintaining the integrity and recognition of the moCal brand while allowing for a mutually beneficial partnership.
Any misuse or improper representation of the moCal brand should be promptly reported to Moris Media's Brand Management team. We take such matters seriously, and violations of our brand policy are subject to consequences. These can range from requests for corrective action to more stringent legal measures, depending on the severity of the violation. Our aim is to protect the brand's integrity and ensure that its use always aligns with our established guidelines and values.
Our brand represents a promise, a commitment that we make to our customers and stakeholders. It embodies the essence of what moCal stands for - innovation, reliability, and user-centric service.
