This Affiliate Program Agreement (“Agreem e nt”) outlines the terms for participating in the moCal Affiliate Program (“Affiliate Program”). This document forms a legally binding contract between you (or the company you represent) and Moris Media. By enrolling, you consent to adhere to this Agreement upon your selection by Moris Media. Should you disagree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from proceeding with the sign-up process.

Your role as an “Affiliate” for designated moCal services will be subject to our review and at Moris Media's sole discretion, based on the information you provide during sign-up.

The Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities, excluding:

• Partners and employees of moCal Resellers and their immediate families;
• moCal employees and their immediate families.
• Participation in other moCal partnership prog rams during this Agreement's tenure is prohibited without prior written consent from Moris Media.

Post-appointment, a moCal Store account is created for you, and you receive an Affiliate Link. This link can be embedded on your website, enabling direct sign-ups for designated moCal services, automatically registering them as prospective customers in your account.

You're eligible for a 15% referral fee for one year on Qualified Purchases, subject to conditions outlined in this Agreement . You won’t receive a Referral Fee for subsequent purchases by the Customer.

Referral Fees are based on the subscription plan chosen by the Customer and are subject to specific conditions detailed in this Agreement.

You must conduct yourself professionally with prospective customers and avoid making any unauthorized representations or warranties about designated moCal services.

You agree not to use the Affiliate Link for personal purchases or those by your employees and immediate family members. You must clearly disclose your paid partnership with moCal on your promotional channels .

This Agreement commences upon confirmation of your Affiliate status and continues until terminated by either party. Specific conditions apply for termination and are detailed within this Agreement.

moCal disclaims warranties regarding the Affiliate Program and designated services, and limits its liability according to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

Moris Media reserves the right to modify this Agreement. Continued participation after modifications implies acceptance of these changes.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Agreement’s governing law and jurisdiction depend on your geographical location.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Moris Media, subject to specific terms and conditions.
